Apr 14, 2023, Our Junk King Cincinnati East Team out of Milford made the trip to Springboro Ohio like we do several days a week to help out a customer. We removed just 4 items, but they were happy to see the items gone and to know that we could recycle everything picked up. 2 push lawn mowers, an old box television set and a metal shelfing unit that had some damage to it. 5 stars and "Great service. The guys that came out were polite and professional. Will likely use them again in the future" is exactly what we strive for when we go to do any appointment for a new or existing customer. We will travel all around Greater Cincinnati and Dayton to do whatever is needed for a customer in their home, yard or even at a business. We thank all of our customers even more when they take their time to write us a great review like this one!

Quick response to set up appointment. Dan and Gavin were prompt, polite, thorough and just outstanding and efficient Nice job! I'd use them again." Our driver and navigator gave a free estimate and was asked to go ahead and remove these 4 items from this home in Mt Washington that same day while we were there. We removed 2 pieces of exercise equipment, a dresser and an old box tv. We recycled the tv / workout machines and was able to find a nonprofit that was in need of a dresser. As always, our company will effort to find a new home for items first and then recycle something if we can't keep it out of the landfill another way.

Dec 20, 2024, Broken ice chests, refrigerators and dehumidifiers - these items are difficult to remove and heavy. By law, the freon must be removed before recycling the items. Junk King is fortunate to have a certified freon removal technician in its employ! These appliances, if working, find new homes with people in need. Non-working items are recycled and parted for repairs.

Feb 07, 2023, Although we strive for 5 out of 5 stars on every appointment, we are still happy to see a customer that gives us 4 stars and writes a good review. This client lives in Mt Washington and had us cleanup a back yard of a rental property that things had accumulated in for many years. We removed everything from a grill to picnic table along with a lot of bricks. There is no easy way to remove bricks as you literally just pick them up one at a time and load them into a wheel barrel. Our hard working crew stayed motivated and knocked this project out in a morning while working as a team. "The job was completed with the tools they had available, Thank you for coming together on communication with my project. I would use the service again." That type of response is good for our employees to see!
