Jul 07, 2023, "What a fantastic experience" is what we work to leave every customer saying after we complete a job for them at their home or business. This client in Milford was moving and needed misc items from their home removed prior to them having showings when they list it for sale. We removed some items that they no longer wanted since they were downsizing, including several chairs, a dresser, bed frame, sofa and more. The customer was very happy to hear that we were not going to just throw everything in the truck and take it to the dump...our Junk King Team always try's to find a new home for items via supporting / donating to nonprofits or recycling at a minimum. 5 star experiences are what we have become known for and is the big reason that our locally owned Franchise has become the largest junk removal company in all of Cincinnati.

Mar 09, 2023, This appointment was a quick and easy job in Mt Washington. We were called by the customer in the morning, removed their items in the afternoon and were able to donate them to New Life Furniture Bank the following day. Sometimes we clear out entire properties when someone passes away, downsizes or there is a hoarder situation and sometimes it is just an item or two. No job is too small or too large and we always work to provide a five star experience regardless of the dollar amount on the job. This chair and end table were in great shape so we were able to keep them out of the landfill like we always do when we remove something from a home, yard or business. A 5 star review is what we strive for and our crew came through with this customer as they do almost every single appointment.

Our driver and navigator gave a free estimate and was asked to go ahead and remove these 4 items from this home in Mt Washington that same day while we were there. We removed 2 pieces of exercise equipment, a dresser and an old box tv. We recycled the tv / workout machines and was able to find a nonprofit that was in need of a dresser. As always, our company will effort to find a new home for items first and then recycle something if we can't keep it out of the landfill another way.

Jun 14, 2023, This was a quick and easy pickup for a customer in Milford, right around the corner from our warehouse. We removed a chair, a full box spring, and some other misc stuff from the clients garage and in the basement. They were originally going to take the items to a nonprofit, but they said that they read how Junk King Cincinnati East makes the extra effort to donate items instead of just dump them so they called us to save their valuable time and also not to bother their nephew to use his pickup truck. A lot of people think of a junk removal company as a resource for full house cleanouts only, but we complete jobs everyday with just one or a few items like this one.
