May 28, 2022, This customer in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Cleves left our crew a 5 star review as they said that we were the best service company that they have ever worked with. The Gentlemen owned a rental property and tenants had left behind all types of household items including a refrigerator, shelving, sofas, tables, chairs, mattresses, box springs, bed frames, books, dishware, kids toys and more. He had just done small cleanups himself at other properties he managed in the past, but this one was too large and too time consuming for him to take multiple trucks to the dump. He was thrilled to learn that Junk King Cincinnati makes every effort to donate and recycle what we can instead of it just going to the landfill, so he is going to call us in the future even if it is a small job since we are so responsible with the items that we remove from homes and businesses.

Jun 03, 2022, Although Junk King Cincinnati strives for 5 out of 5 stars on every appointment, we wanted to share this posting of a 4 star review with words like "Arrived much earlier than scheduled after receiving phone permission that it was OK. Well done small job by 2 friendly and professional young men. Have used this service before and I am sure will again" from a return customer. We took a full truck of furniture from this home in Maineville and was able to bring the majority back to our Recycling Center in Sharonville to donate and recycle. The owner of our company did reach out to the customer to see what we may have been able to do differently to gain that 5th star and they stated that they meant to hit 5 stars anyways so we were sure to pass the great review onto our amazing employees that work so hard for our Business!

Jul 09, 2022, This customer of Junk King Cincinnati lives in Maineville and called us to help them cleanup an overflowing Bagster in their driveway that Waste Management would not pickup because it was too full. Once they found out we would donate and recycle anything we could, it made them glad that the situation led to us. We were able to recycle the majority of what was in the Bagster including the bicycle, some metal and a lot of cardboard boxes. We find our trucks in the Maineville / Landen area almost every single day and we go even further out to Lebanon, Kings Mills and Morrow. Junk King will make a trip to just about anywhere within an hour or so of Greater Cincinnati if we are able to have a good conversation with the customer prior to the drive. And, of course, we strive for 5 star reviews like the one this customer left on every appointment by communicating well and being professional.

Aug 30, 2022, Junk King Cincinnati gets multiple calls every single day to remove spas and hot tubs from homes around the area. This hottub came from a house in West Chester / Butler County. Our Team of 4 employees out of Sharonville were able to remove the pump and make it light enough that they could carry it to the truck in one piece instead of having to cut it up into multiple pieces. Sometimes we do not have 2 crews available and will just cut it to be safe and protect our employees and the property of our customers. In addition to removing and demoing hot tubs, we tear down playsets, sheds, fences, basketball poles and more from residential yards to help our customers reclaim their space. Our Team can normally arrive, remove these items and be on their way in under an hour when people have been thinking about getting rid of these things for years.
