Apr 18, 2022, Mason Ohio is one of our favorite places to go for jobs as the people there are always so friendly. This is a return customer that is the manager of a business that was needing to get rid of some old tradeshow displays that they were no longer going to be using. A few were sitting outside, but the majority were just taking up space inside of their warehouse. Our Cincinnati Team was able to load everything into one truck and help the customer reclaim their space responsibly. Some of the cardboard and metal was able to be recycled and we even found a way to use the cases in our Recycling Center in Sharonville to help keep those out of the landfill as well. We send a Team to Mason almost every single day and leave with thankful customers.

May 06, 2024, We went out to this customers house in Mason Ohio just North of the 275 loop to remove a single item. It was a large and heavy sectional sofa that they no longer wanted because they were getting a new one. We go to Mason and other Cincinnati suburbs for single items or cleaning out entire properties regularly. This sofa was in good enough shape that we were able to keep it out of the landfill instead of take it to the dump, which is likely what would have happened if they called someone else other than Junk King. Our employees provided the 5 star service that we are so well known for as you can see by this review. "Love working with Junk King ! Always fast, clean and professional. Jun 03, 2022, Although Junk King Cincinnati strives for 5 out of 5 stars on every appointment, we wanted to share this posting of a 4 star review with words like "Arrived much earlier than scheduled after receiving phone permission that it was OK. Well done small job by 2 friendly and professional young men. Have used this service before and I am sure will again" from a return customer. We took a full truck of furniture from this home in Maineville and was able to bring the majority back to our Recycling Center in Sharonville to donate and recycle. The owner of our company did reach out to the customer to see what we may have been able to do differently to gain that 5th star and they stated that they meant to hit 5 stars anyways so we were sure to pass the great review onto our amazing employees that work so hard for our Business!

Nov 10, 2022, Our Junk King Cincinnati Team out of Sharonville visited Warren County yesterday as we do quite often. This customer was in the great suburb of Mason. They were moving and had all types of items that they were not wanting to take with them to their new home because they were downsizing. Everything from a bed to a wheelbarrow, sofa, cardboard that we were able to recycle, some new items in the boxes still, a grill, bags of clothes and several boxes of misc household items. Our crew was able to quickly remove all of what their "junk" and we brought it back to our recycling center and sorted it to be sent to different nonprofits and some of it just being recycled. Originally this customer was going to rent a truck and do this cleanout themselves, but they said they were so glad that they called us instead as we were collecting payment.
