Jan 15, 2022, We journeyed up to Methuen Massachusetts today in order to get his furniture from a storage unit. As noted in other entries of our mini blog here, a lot of types of furnture are donate able. this was certainly Among those types. The wooden furniture generally doens't show wear like couches, as long as it's a good quality piece. The big reason to donate furniture is that it keeps space in our landfills. There's only so much space there, and if we fill it up with things that we could still use for another decade, it means we don't have space for things that really need to go to the landfill, like a ripped up couch, or a rotted swing set.

Jan 28, 2022, An appointment for Dracut, MA 01826 today. it was a basement cleanout that the customer was kind enough to bring it all outside for us. a fair amount of cardboard was collected that could be recycled. and some old paint cans, and just a bunch of broken wood scraps, some of which used to be furniture. a quick stop for us, but a much better looking back yard afterwards!

Feb 19, 2022, On today’s diary we’re going to take you out to Westford Ma. Our crew had arrived at the customers location and saw that everything was already outside waiting for them to pick it up. We priced the job accordingly and recycled all the cardboard and metal items the customer had for us.
