When the job was done (more on that below), I was told that Management did not add labor onto the quote of $688/truck with 4 loads and that labor was extra. However, management would give me a break and not charge me for labor if I paid the 4 truck load price ($2,752). The job took 3 truck loads and I was not going to pay for labor. Management came back and lowered the price to 2-3/4 truck loads. When asked to leave a tip and only later found out about the 3% credit card fee, I was pissed. Junk King could improve the estimate process, and beware of backend price manipulation. The job went well, the crew arrived early and filled two trucks in no time. They were friendly and asked questions if they had any issues or questions about what goes. I did a walk through before paying and the job was done to my satisfaction. Nothing but praise for the work crew.

We just moved into a house that had some leftover junk in the backyard and garage. They went in and cleared everything. They were so fast, efficient and friendly. It looks a lot better and the price was fair.

Markus and Kaleb we efficient, polite, and did a great job. The sleeper sofa was not easy to get out of the room. They finally took it apart without complaint and did no harm to the walls or door. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
