Shauna and Joseph Posca are the owners of Junk King Naples. Shauna has a background working in the finance, accounting and marketing sectors for more than a decade. After this venture, she spent the next 10 years as an elementary school teach in French immersion after going back to school for her Master’s in Education. Joseph was also in the education industry as a high school teacher for 20 years, focusing on science, physics, math and physical education.
The Poscas then decided to switch career paths to become entrepreneurs. They were looking to have a better work-life balance to spend more time with their two daughters, Evelyn and Victoria.
Junk King offered a business model that was exactly what the Poscas were searching for in a junk removal franchise.
