Feb 17, 2022, This commercial customer in Xenia Ohio called on Junk King Dayton when they were in a crunch to clear out decades worth of items in their office and warehouse before the building went to the closing after they found someone to buy it. They had hundreds of cubic yards worth of items and less than 2 weeks to get it all cleaned out. They called several companies and the only one that told them they could meet the desired time frame was our company and they were satisfied with our Estimate. We had a fork lift dropped off and worked several handfuls of our Teammates for multiple days to complete this project. Junk King even had to call on a company in Montgomery County of Dayton to assist in the removal of some unknown chemicals in barrels that we wanted to ensure were properly handled. 23 truckloads later and this warehouse was empty, swept and ready for the new owners to bring their business into the City of Xenia!

Junk King can clean out your storage and ave you money immediately all while sending the items that are still useable to a nonprofit or at least recycling them. We cleared out multiple storage units that were abandoned at a Miamisburg rental property for the company that rents them in these pictures. We recycled the old tires and refrigerator, but had to leave behind the hazardous chemicals as we do not take anything flammable on our trucks. We recommended that they call the local county to find out the best way to get rid of the barrels and they were able to get them picked up the next day. Our Team completes a good amount of residential work, but we are also able to help commercials customers clear out unwanted items like we did here whenever requested.

Aug 12, 2022, Miamisburg Ohio is one of the suburbs that Junk King Dayton out of West Carrollton finds our trucks going to more often than almost any other area. Customers have learned that we always try to donate or recycle what we can and that is why the word of mouth recommendations have led to such a large amount of business in the area! That being said, we sometimes have to just dump things because they are not in good enough condition to donate, which was the case with this job. This old couch had some stains and was not structurally sound so we decided to just toss it in the truck and take it to the landfill. Still a happy customer that was able to get rid of something they no longer needed and we did it quickly without causing any damage to their property.
