Communication was outstanding! I had sent photos from our Kent home for a bid which included box spring and mattress and received a fair quote. When they came they told me the mattress would be more and I agreed to proceed since I had researched the hassle of getting rid of bedding in KC. I STILL thought their pricing was reasonable. We were able to handle the entire transaction from Snoqualmie Pass where I am. Excellent service and job! Will use them again.

Very quick service! I needed to have a portable canopy/gazebo that had blown over and fell into our backyard pond removed. I texted them the night before, got a response early morning the next day, and they were able to show up 1hr after I confirmed I would be at home. First quote was a bit of a surprise at $388, my partner and I turned it down as it was too expensive. After they discussed with one another for a few minutes, they offered $178 which was much more affordable/reasonable. Although still on the pricey side as it was only one item and it'd be a quick job for two people. We accepted and it was removed within the hour! We're glad we didn't have to get all wet/muddy or get friends to help clean/move it with us. It was kind of rainy that day too. Been meaning to get it removed for the longest time and was procrastinating, so glad to finally have it done/removed! Thanks!

They were on time, professional, efficient, and extremely helpful. Grade a customer service and extremely convenient and a great price would highly recommend to anyone I know.
