Mar 01, 2022, Union Kentucky is one of our favorite places to go as the people in the community always seem to be so incredibly kind and thankful. This client called Junk King Northern Kentucky to help them get rid of an old table because they had heard we will make sure the items get to a new home and not just hit the landfill. They were on a bit of a time crunch with moving and could not wait for a nonprofit to come, which is why they chose Junk King as the next best option. Junk King is able to help any customer within an hour or so drive of downtown Cincinnati. This table and chai set was in great condition and will find a new home with a Family in need through Habitat For Humanity or New Life Furniture Bank. Junk King really does enjoy helping our community out regularly!

May 21, 2022, This customer originally called Junk King Northern Kentucky to see if we had a dumpster rental available for them to cleanup a mess that occurred to do an influx of product and lack of dumpster space. When talking about their situation, we mentioned that our Covington Team does more full service than dumpster rentals and they were very excited about not having to do the labor themselves. We came out to their Hebron KY location an hour or so after they called and were able to get all of their mess cleaned up and restore the image that their company works so hard to uphold. The entire truck went straight to a paper recycler and all of the cardboard was kept out of the dump. The Manager at the business said that they will keep our number on speed dial because she was so impressed with our communication and efforts from start to finish!

Apr 15, 2022, This commercial customer of ours calls us regularly all year long to clean out offices that had items left behind by prior tenants, but this project was definitely not our typical one for them. They own a good amount of land behind their building and they found a lot of trash in the woods from where someone had been living without their knowledge. The person was no longer there, but left clothes, trash, shoes and even a sofa. We were able to get it all cleaned up for them. Also pictured is a sign that blew down during a recent windstorm from the front of their building. They had us pick up all the pieces for them while we were there. Junk King typically just removes things like furniture from homes and basements, but we will step up when called upon for unique situations like this one in Florence Kentucky to help out our customers.

Nov 29, 2021, This customers basement in Florence Kentucky had years of things they just put down there and never planned to use again. They finally decided to call Junk King to come remove everything as they wanted to reclaim their space responsibly to do something else with it. When I say responsibly, it means that they knew we would effort to send the items to a local nonprofit or recycle them instead of just dump them in a landfill.
