Mar 22, 2022, This project in Fort Mitchel Kentucky was one of the more unusual cleanouts that Junk King Northern KY has completed. We help a lot of different homebuilders in Greater Cincinnati clear out old homes prior to them being torn down because regular household items are not able to be included in the construction debris landfills. Fischer Homes called us as they have in the past to clean out a house before it was demo' d to make way for a new neighborhood of homes that they planned to build just South of Covington in their Tuscany Development. Years and year's worth of stuff was just scattered throughout the house and it was in terrible condition. Our crew came in, cleaned the house inside and out as requested and now the house can be torn down and taken to the proper landfill. This Foreclosure Cleanout was one we will not forget with the conditions of the property that the homeowner left behind.

Jan 16, 2023, The majority of what Junk King Northern Kentucky out of Covington does for our customers is a full service job where we come in and remove everything from a basement or wherever it sits on a property. We also have a self service option with our dumpster rental that is great for people that need to sort through things slowly or want to save a little money doing all of the labor themselves. This client had us a deliver one of our shiny new dumpster boxes to his driveway and had it ready to pickup just a few days later. He was thrilled to learn that it was not all beat up and had poly fiber wheels that do not put scratches on his concrete. Whether it is Hebron, Covington, Newport, Union, Erlanger or somewhere else in the Greater Cincinnati Area, Junk King can deliver you a dumpster on time and place it wherever you'd like as long as it is not off of a driveway/gravel.

Jan 05, 2023, Our Junk King Northern Kentucky Team finished this home cleanout in less than 30 minutes and the customer was very satisfied. Their 5 star review says it all! "Guys were nice and very professional. They were careful moving furniture out of the basement and out of the house." Our Team arrived in Alexandria at the front end of their appointment window and cleared everything out that the customer did not need as they were downsizing. We removed a tv, exercise equipment, chairs, bed frames, mattresses and more. The vast majority of the items were able to be sorted and sent to different nonprofits at our Recycling Center. The fact that we always try to keep things out of the landfill is what led this customer to booking an appointment with our Team out of Covington instead of calling a different junk removal company or having their friend help them haul it all to the dump.

Sep 16, 2022, This customer of Junk King Northern Kentucky was just West of our office in Covington in the Town Hebron KY. We showed up with an empty truck and ended up filling it about 1/3 of the way with a large sofa that this Family no longer needed. The couch was able to be donated to a local nonprofit called Habitat For Humanity and found its way into a home of a Family in need in Newport. The customer left a 5 star review and that is what our small business strives for on every appointment. Whether it be one item that someone needs to get out of their way or decades of items, we can show up and make your day. We do jobs in Hebron quite often and are very grateful for that community to support our small business like they do! Northern Kentucky is such a great area to be in business!
